2. Via the “Diary” tab, change the
date to one where you recorded your daily intake (roughly October 6-10).
3. Observe and record the following:

The percentage of your
caloric intake from carbohydrates (move your cursor about the colored ring that
says “Calorie Breakdown”
·

starch, and sugars as well as the associated percentages
