Procedure
1. Log into your account at
cronometer.com.
2. Via the “Diary” tab, change the
date to one where you recorded your daily intake (roughly October 6-10).
3. Observe and record the following:

Your total fat intake for one of the days recorded
·
The number of calories
from fats
·
The percentage of your
caloric intake from fats (move your cursor about the colored ring that says
“Calorie Breakdown”
·
Your intake of
monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, saturated, and trans fats
4. Answer the following questions to
the best of your ability.

your observations of your fat intake? For example, do you feel as though you consume
