Again, tonight's homework is to continue researching your micronutrient in order to generate notes, build a handout and presentation to teach other students, and draft 2 quiz questions to assess the students about your topic. Be sure to record your sources as well in order to craft your bibliography.
Your presentation and handout should be complete and present in class on Monday.
